You've done AEO and GEO.Now get ready for agents.
AEO and GEO got you ready for the moment a human asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Claude about your category. B2A — Business-to-Agent — gets your brand ready for the moment the agent acts on its own: searching, comparing, proposing and, soon, negotiating, with no human asking anything.
Discovery → access → presence
Agents already read. The question is what they read about you.
Markdown for agents
Cloudflare automatically serves clean Markdown to any agent that asks for it (Feb 2026). In an independent 44-day tracking test, 35% of requests came from Claude's infrastructure.
Cloudflare changelog
MCP — 10,000+ servers
The de facto standard for AI tools: 10,000+ active public servers, 97M+ monthly SDK downloads, 41% of software organizations running MCP in production.
Digital Applied / Anthropic
llms.txt — 8.7% of the top 1,000
Up from 0.3% in June 2025 to 8.7% in June 2026, across the top 1,000 sites. Real adoption, but no major provider has confirmed publicly that it reads it.
Rankability
A2A marketplaces: don't exist yet
The A2A protocol has 150+ organizations behind it, at the Linux Foundation. Its foundation is being built now — today's marketplaces are catalogues for humans, not agent-to-agent markets.

What we deliver — across the three disciplines
ADO · Agent Discovery Optimization — get found
Entity layer
Organization/Brand in JSON-LD, with sameAs to Wikidata, Wikipedia, LinkedIn and profile registries. Consistent naming across the site and the press.
Structured data by type
Product + Offer (price, currency, availability, valid-until), LocalBusiness/Store per location, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, category lists.
Clean sitemaps
With a real lastmod, plus a separate sitemap for offers — so an agent knows what changed and when.
Bot access policy
Explicit allow for answer engines (OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot), a separate decision for training bots, and Content Signals.
AXO · Agent Experience Optimization — get read
llms.txt + llms-full.txt
Per spec: H1, a short description, sections with links and descriptions — costs little, adoption keeps growing, no reason to skip it.
Markdown mirror
Markdown for Agents if you're on Cloudflare; otherwise, content negotiation on `Accept: text/markdown` for product, offer and FAQ pages.
Critical content in HTML, not PDF
Spec sheets, prices, warranties, terms — with an HTML equivalent alongside the PDF that stays.
WAF/CAPTCHA that doesn't block verified bots
Exclusion for Cloudflare Verified Bots / AWS WAF verified on product and offer pages. Challenges stay on forms and checkout.
APO · Agent Presence Optimization — get shortlisted
Offers feed
Auto-updated JSON/CSV — model/product, price, availability, location, direct link. Published at a stable URL, listed in llms.txt.
Citable comparative content
"X vs Y" pages, buying guides, aggregated reliability/review data with AggregateRating schema.
Programmatic entry point
Agent card, a minimal MCP server, or documented OpenAPI — optional, only where it makes commercial sense for you.

What happens when an agent reaches you
Three scenarios that show up in every audit — and how we fix each one.
- What happens today01
An agent gets blocked by WAF or a CAPTCHA on the product page
As far as it's concerned, your brand simply doesn't exist — no matter how good the site is for humans.
How we fix itWe exclude verified bots from WAF/CAPTCHA
Cloudflare Verified Bots / AWS WAF verified pass straight through on product and offer pages; challenges stay on forms and checkout.
- What happens today02
Specs live only in a PDF or an image
The agent pulls the number from an old forum post, because it can't read what's on your site.
How we fix itWe put critical content in clean HTML too
Spec sheets, prices, warranties — with an HTML equivalent next to the PDF that stays. Real parity with what a human sees.
- What happens today03
The offer isn't structured (price, availability, terms)
The brand shows up as a footnote in the answer, not in the main list of three.
How we fix itWe build an offers feed + structured Offer data
Price, currency, availability, a direct link — published at a stable URL, listed in llms.txt.
Honest positioning
We don't sell "A2A marketplaces where agents negotiate"
As of September 2026 these don't exist in production. We sell the layers that are already infrastructure — the ones the rest gets built on.
We don't promise guaranteed placement
Nobody controls what an agent recommends. We promise correct infrastructure, real measurement and Share of Answer growth — not guarantees no one can keep.
Three ways to start
Full agent-readiness diagnosis + SoA/Citation/Drift baseline.
- ADO, AXO, APO check on your current site
- Share of Answer, Citation Rate, Accuracy Drift baseline
- Report + a prioritized 90-day plan
Implementing the audit's deliverables, prioritized by impact.
- Everything in Audit
- Live B2A infrastructure (schema, llms.txt, offers feed)
- Documentation for your team
- 6–10 weeks
Monthly measurement + continuous fixes, minimum 6 months.
- Monthly SoA, Citation Rate, Accuracy Drift report
- Benchmarked against 4–5 competitors
- List of drift fixed
Retail, auto, real estate, travel, any structurable offer
Retail and e-commerce with a catalog; auto and dealer networks; real estate; travel and hospitality; services with a structurable offer (finance, private healthcare, education). If a customer can ask an assistant "find me X under Y, available in Z", B2A is for you.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between AEO/GEO and B2A?
AEO/GEO optimize for the moment a human asks an assistant. B2A gets your brand ready for the moment the agent acts without asking anyone. They don't exclude each other: B2A builds on top of the AEO/GEO foundation, not instead of it.
Do agents actually read llms.txt?
Adoption, yes (8.7% of the top 1,000 sites); official confirmation from a major provider, not yet. We implement it anyway — it costs almost nothing and adoption keeps growing.
Do I have to open my site to every bot?
No — a differentiated policy. Allow for answer/search engines, a separate decision for training bots, plus Content Signals to state your preference explicitly.
What's an agent card / MCP server, and do I need one?
A programmatic entry point third-party agents can use to query your stock, offers or bookings. Only sold if it makes commercial sense for you — not mandatory in Build.
How long until it shows up in Share of Answer?
2–4 monthly measurement cycles, depending on how fast the AI engines we track index and re-read content.
Do you work with my current site, or does it need a rebuild?
We work with what you have. B2A is mostly structured data, access policies and content — a rebuild is rarely needed.
How does this relate to SEO?
The foundation is shared: quality content, clean structured data, entity authority. B2A adds the agent-specific layer — programmatic access, machine-readable formats, data feeds.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. We only expose what you decide to make public for agents — prices, availability, specs — never internal or customer data.
20 minutes where you see it with your own eyes.
We run hundreds of live AI queries on your brand — see where you're visible to agents and where you're not, before you decide anything.
In the 20 minutes
- ADO/AXO/APO check on your current site, live
- What ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude answer about your brand right now
- Where an agent gets blocked — WAF, CAPTCHA, PDF, JavaScript
- Which of the three disciplines would pay off fastest for you
- No obligation — you leave with a list, not a forced quote
